Pool & Racquet Club (SSSRC) Info

Stoneridge Sedgefield Property Owners' Association (SSPOA) is the owner of the common areas around our neighborhood - including the swimming pool, croquet court, and park located at: 6901 Turkey Farm Road.

In an arrangement created at the time of acquisition of the property from the developer, the Stoneridge Sedgefield Swim and Racquet Club (SSSRC) was incorporated to operate and manage use of the facilities.

SSSRC is a tenant of SSPOA and pays rent to the POA. No property owner dues paid to SSPOA are used for the operation and maintenance of the pool equipment. SSSRC membership fees are collected from those who choose to join the club.  SSSRC pays rent back to SSPOA. This rent is held in escrow by the POA to pay for future capital improvements or repairs to the pool and surrounding facilities.

Membership in the SSSRC is voluntary, separate from property membership in SSPOA and is open to families outside of our neighborhood.  See their site for more information:  www.sssrc.org
